One of the most fascinating people you will ever meet is Elisa Chan. Ms.Chan is the City of San Antonio first Asian-American Woman to be elected to City Council. Elected in 2009 Mrs.Chan presides over District 9, not an easy task, as this area is one of the largest and fasted growing areas of San Antonio. She has been involved in the community for many years she has served on several boards and commissions and besides being a advocate for district nine she is co-owner of a engineerng firm.
